Fish thin Foil

Here is the recipe for a slimming foil without fat and good for the line and health. In fact, consisting of a fillet of white fish, mushrooms and tomatoes, it is a recipe that has the advantage of not containing butter or oil. This baking mode will allow you to get a well-cooked fish but with the still pearly flesh.

 

Preparation Guide: Thin fish foil

Ingredients: 250 g white fish
6 Mushrooms of Paris
2 small tomatoes
1 onion
Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper

 

Step 1

Preheat oven to th. 6-7 (200 °c).

Step 2

Peel and finely cut the onion on a kitchen board. Also wash and chop the mushrooms. Cut two large aluminum foils and fold them in half.

Step 3

Put a layer of onion in it, then a layer of mushrooms. Salt moderately, but pepper at will. Cut the fish on your kitchen board, salt it, pepper it and then put a piece in each sheet of parchment paper or aluminum.

Step 4

Rinse and cut the tomatoes into slices. Then put them on the fish in the foil. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Then sprinkle each foil with this sauce. Close them and slide them into the oven for 30 min of baking.
